Our office supports clients through the following activities:

• Preparation of legal opinions;
• Representing the client in processes involved with regulatory agencies, auditing tribunals,
  ministries and other bodies of the Direct and Indirect Public Administration;
• Representation in legal proceedings, with the filing of lawsuits involving the Public
  Administration, including actions of administrative impropriety, public civil actions, and class actions;
• Advising and representing clients through all stages of bidding processes;
• Advising and representing clients in requirements related to economic and financial restructuring
  of concessions, and administrative contracts.
