The professionals in our office have been dedicated to this practice area since 2007, when the majority of large American multinationals were focusing on the subject in the light of US legislation – the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

With the growth in the anti-corporate corruption drive in Brazil, which became even more rigorous since the anticorruption laws passed in 2014, the importance of compliance programs in local companies has also grown.
