Our office advises on the following activities:

• Assistance in the structuring of concessions or public-private partnerships;
• Representing and advising in Processes of Expression of Interest, with assistance in the project structure, contract preparation, terms of reference and other necessary instruments;
• Advisory and representation of clients in administrative and judicial proceedings;
• Advice and representation of clients in demands that deal with the economic and financial rebalancing of concessions.
