Administrative and Regulatory Law

Experience: Luís Gustavo provides advisory in the areas of Administrative and Regulatory Law and was Professor of Constitutional Law on the postgraduate course in Public Policy Management at the Paulista Faculty of Social Services. He also provided mini-courses in Law and Development and Participative Democracy.

Academic Background: Graduated in Law at the Paulista State University (UNESP) and attained a Masters’ in Law from FGV Law-SP, in which he was a CAPES Fellow.

Associations: Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
